John Chapas' experience includes:

• Extensive experience in drafting and negotiating corporate and commercial contracts, including joint venture, contract manufacturing, terms of sale, procurement, services, security interest (and related filings), distribution, outsourcing, employment, shareholders, supply, leasing, finance, sponsorship, media rights and credit (including related loan documentation) agreements

• Extensive experience in drafting and negotiating information technology agreements, including electronic contracting, software licenses, SaaS, cloud computing, MSAs, training and support services, technology development, work for hire, FinTech and website terms of use agreements 

• Extensive experience in data security, records management and compliance program development and training

• Actively involved in all aspects of mergers and acquisitions, including drafting and negotiating stock purchases, asset purchases, stock/interest redemptions, international transactions, transition services and post-closing integration
